Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Univapes.co.uk. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help — but due to the nature of some products we sell, certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us first at info@unibargain.co.uk before sending anything back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • E-liquids (including nicotine shots)
  • Coils, pods, and cartridges
  • Opened or used devices and tanks
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Disposable vapes

These policies are in place to comply with UK hygiene standards and safety regulations.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Email us at info@unibargain.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the fault (if applicable)

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.

4. Return Instructions

Once your return is approved:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return inside the parcel.
  3. Send it to:

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • We will notify you via email once your return is processed.

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are unopened and returned within the 10-day window. Email us first to check stock availability.
